We are super excited to announce that the Hotel Takeover 2023 has been scheduled for Friday January 20 to Sunday January 22, 2023!!!
WAY back in 2015 we were invited to our first Hotel Takeover. We wanted to do a Hospitality Suite, and like the crazy kids we are, abandoned the hotel theme and decided to do our own Oktoberfest theme! It was a huge success and led to us taking over the Hotel Takeover in 2017.
So in 2023, we want to hold the biggest, best and most fun “Oktoberfest” Hotel Takeover EVER!!!
While of course Oktoberfest makes us think of beer, a true German party will have lots of fun, food and include German wines and Liquors as well. And we can’t forget singing, dancing and polkas!
We received a lot of feedback (in person and via email) about the new hotel, and overall it was overwhelmingly in favor of the new hotel! So we will be returning to our new home in the Beloit/Rockford area and our plans are to make 2023 the best Hotel Takeover EVER!!!
We are returning to our new hotel for a few simple reasons. First, the huge ballroom space for dining and activities makes eating dinner so much easier. Second, the hotel is spacious and makes it easier to have the big crowd we are expecting. Third, the townhouse style duplex hospitality suites are just awesome. Fourth and finally, we have been able to negotiate a great rate for 2023 so for the first time in 10 years the price of the hotel takeover will not go up!!!

The price per single or couple for one room for the weekend is only $395/night. Who can’t be excited about that?
We are now accepting deposits to hold your space! Deposit is only $50 and is fully refundable up until September 30, 2022. The balance of $325 is due by October 31, 2022. The hotel has only 80 rooms so do not wait! We expect to sell out early!
